Joint Stock Company ‘Management Company of Special Economic Zone’ National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark ‘(hereinafter - the company) reports that the order of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Responsible Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Atyrau region from 28 December 2021 № 131-OD approved the tariff for regulated services for the provision of access road for the passage of rolling stock in the absence of a competitive access road effective from 1 January 2022: tariff 222.62 tenge / car-km b
    Atyrau region, guided by subparagraph 4) of Article 8, paragraph 3 of Article 113 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Atyrau region, in accordance with paragraph 10 of the rules of the subjects of natural monopolies of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On natural monopolies’, approved by the order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 13 August 2019 № 73, informs that the services for the provision of access road for manoeuvre vehicles. From 15 September 2023, a tariff of 2,656.35 tenge/hour, excluding VAT, applies to this type of activity.
