Joint Stock Company "Management Company of the Special Economic Zone "National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark" (hereinafter referred to as the Company) notifies that by Order No. 131–OD dated December 28, 2021, the tariff for a regulated service for providing access roads for rolling stock was approved, provided there is no competitive route with entry into force on January 1, 2022: the tariff is 222.62 tenge/car-km without VAT.
Also, the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Atyrau region, guided by subparagraph 4) of Article 8, paragraph 3 of Article 11Z of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Natural Monopolies" and paragraph 10 of the Rules for the Activities of Natural Monopolies, approved by Order No. 73 of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 13, 2019, informs, that JSC "Management Company of the Special Economic Zone "National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark" was excluded from the Local section of the State Register of Natural Monopolies in the Atyrau region in the field of access roads at
in the absence of a competitive access road (Certificate of exclusion from the State Register of Subjects of Natural Monopolies No.KZ26VFF00004209 dated 09/15/2023): for the service provision of an access road for shunting, loading and unloading, other technological operations of the transportation process, as well as for parking of rolling stock, unforeseen by technological operations of the transportation process, provided there is no competitive access road. Since 09/15/2023, the tariff of 2,656.35 tenge/car-hour without VAT is valid for this type of service.
