The development potential of the petrochemical industry in Kazakhstan is very high. One of the twenty world leaders in hydrocarbon reserves, the country has every chance not only to produce petrochemical products to cover its own needs, but also to export them to foreign markets.

In the future, oil and gas chemistry will be one of the driving factors in reorienting the economy of Kazakhstan from a raw material orientation to the production of products with high added value.
