LLP “Intago Kazakhstan” has launched production in the SEZ “NINT”.

The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Akim of the region Marat Murziev and the company’s founders.

“In line with the President’s directives to attract investment, this project has received comprehensive support at all stages. The launch of the plant will help supply the domestic market with locally produced construction materials,” said Deputy Akim of the region M. Murziev.

According to the company’s director, Azamat Asylbekov, the enterprise uses modern technologies to recycle plastic and produce zero-waste products.

“First, the plastic is ground to obtain a polyester geosynthetic material. Then the fine fiber is extracted and placed into a special device. Using a needle-punching unit, the fibers are bonded together. The finished material is water-resistant and is used in road construction, railways, drainage systems, and the main structural parts of buildings,” said A. Asylbekov, Director of LLP “Intago Kazakhstan.”

The plant is capable of producing up to 15 million square meters of products per year. This initiative will increase the share of domestic products in the internal market and reduce imports. Demand for the company’s products is very high — an export contract with a Russian partner has already been signed for 3 million square meters. Overall, the company plans to export 40% of its output, with the remaining volume meeting domestic demand.
