«Westgasoil Caspian» LLP provides for the construction of a methanol and olefins plant (propylene and ethylene) with a production capacity of 1,800,000 tons of methanol (class A) a year and 600,000 tons of olefins (of which 360,000 tons of propylene are 240,000 tons of ethylene).
