JSC Management Company of the Special Economic Zone National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark announces a tender to attract private investors for the construction and operation of a warehouse with a storage area near the NINT FEZ on the Karabatan section at the expense of the potential investor’s own funds.

The warehouse is designed to receive goods from road and rail transport, storage and distribution of various materials to consumers. The heated warehouse, t = + 5-10С, consists of several compartments operating independently of each other. There are rooms for storekeepers, a rest room for forklift drivers, a room for customs, and a bathroom. Shelf storage is provided for those materials that are distinguished by a variety of parameters that require permanent storage.

Shelves are taken with sections of 3.0x1.05 m, 5-tier with a height of 0.8-1.0 m long tier, the load on the tier of one section is up to 3.0t. Height of raising of pitchfork pilers to 4,4 m.

Storage of mass homogeneous materials such as powdered materials in bags is provided on the floor, in three tiers in height, due to which the capacity of the warehouse is significantly increased.

Requirements for applicants:
· An applicant submitting an application for the construction and operation of the above project must have financial support;
· Have experience in this field;
· Promotion of similar projects in the regions;
· Lack of overdue debts on bank loans;
· The absence of arrears of taxes and other payments to the budget.

The managing company of the FEZ "NINT":
· Provides land for sublet;
· Provides expert assistance, advises on issues related to the implementation of this project.
