The project will be located on the territory of the SEZ «NIPT». Cyclohexane, which is the main raw material for the production of caprolactam, will create a basis for the release of new chemical products based on it with high added value.
The production of cyclohexane is currently not carried out in Kazakhstan, so this project fully meets the aspirations of the development of the chemical industry in the country. The project is planned to be implemented on the basis of Kazakhstan raw materials. It is planned to produce a completely Kazakhstan product. In particular, cyclohexane is used as a raw material for the production of caprolactam, adipic acid and cyclohexanone, whose production is not available in Kazakhstan, and also as a solvent of essential oils, waxes, varnishes, paints, extractant in the pharmaceutical industry, which can undoubtedly ensure the introduction of new technologies in the country.
